You will see a picture like bellow(click on the pict to see it bigger ) :
If you go see these picture click on Launch conection Test to make a test of your conection.If you see a NO in the first question (operating system check ) , your operating system is not compatible ( these will ocurr only in now-windows computers )
If you see a NO in the second question ( Java web start Version check ) , you need to install the latest Java version , see below :
